Why is honey so good for my skin?

And that is not all.....
glowing MOISTURISED skin
Honey is a great moisturiser, a natural humectant (draws moisture into the skin) that also contains enzymes, minerals and exfoliating properties. It helps to remove old, dull skin cells reveal newer, fresher skin cells which improves the skins complexion and leaves the skin feeling soft and moisturised.
Anti-Ageing - improves the skins elasticity
Raw Honey contains a substance called gluconic acid, a type of alpha hydroxy acid, or AHA. Gluconic acid helps to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin and also helps to increase the elasticity of the skin.
Honey for Acne and breakouts
Rich in antiseptic, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties which calms, soothes & helps to prevent and fight acne & breakouts.
Always do a patch test before applying honey or any ingredients that you have not tried before to your face. Even if you consume honey all the time, your skin might have an unexpected reaction to it as a topical treatment.
