Ingredients
Makes a 150ml batch.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and add more ginger or turmeric if needed. Aim for a really strong flavour, you’ll only add a few teaspoons to a cup of warm water.
Store in a glass container and keep in the fridge, ready when you are for your next boost.
Boil a cup of water and let slightly cool (between 30-40˚C, to keep the benefits from the honey intact), stir in a few teaspoons of the honey mixture and drink.
Why Raw Honey?
Regular honey that is most common in supermarkets has been processed and heated (pasterised - 60C). This destroys many of the antibiotic, antimicrobial & other nutritional properties in the honey.
To keep the goodness of the honey intact use warm water temperature below 40C or 104F.
Look for Raw or Active codes on the label of the honey you buy. Health shops and farmers markets are great places to get some natural, powerful healing honey.
